Conclusion

In conclusion, Coca-Cola have used their partnership with the Olympic Games to inspire their advertising. The whole basis of the advertising campaign is derived from the five Olympics Rings and their colours, therefore without their partnership with the Olympic Games this whole campaign would be non-existent.  The main elements of their ads are the concentric circles, and coloured bands. Coca-Cola have used the five Olympic Rings in the form of concentric circles, which I think represent a winner's medal; also this concentric circle design represents unity and peace simply with its form. The advertising campaigns have also included sport within their design, as sport is what the Olympics are all about. The animation shows people actually playing sport and it is also symbolised through the use of the coloured bands which represent athletic or swimming lanes. I think Coca-Cola have been very successful in their branding as it is clear for all to see Coca-Cola are one of the Olympic Partners.
